Luis Pagán did the electrical work when my mother’s (very old and small) kitchen was remodeled. He moved the range outlet to fit the new cabinets, doubled the number of outlets, and moved a light switch that was located behind the refrigerator to the exterior of the new cabinet. After the cabinets were installed, he connected the new range and came back to also update the breaker box and install a whole house surge protector. He was invaluable in helping to coordinate everything related to the remodel, especially since I was scheduling for days when I would be in PR. He communicated well about the scope of work and price , and I found him to be punctual, reliable, and clean. I would definitely recommend him and look forward to having him do future projects.
Luis Pagan arrived on time as scheduled to install a GFCI breaker in the distribution box. He identified that the system was installed incorrectly. He took the time to identify the faulty circuit and corrected the problem in order to install the GFCI breaker. He tested it and showed me what he did. He subsequently installed a water proof cover over the light switch which is close contact with water. He did a great job and I highly recommend him for his professionalism, expertise and integrity.

Very excellent work! I had many problems, half the house without power - new wires that needed to be mounted. He did in one day what other electricians would do in 3 days - and all that for under $500, a real dream to work with! :)
