The plumber quickly diagnose and resolved the issue, he also took the time to explain what was going on. Their pricing was Fair. Overall, extremely satisfied with the plumbing service I received. I was on the island for a short time and had already booked an appointment with a competitor. The competitor, "First plumbing corp", ignored my phone calls and messages the day we were supposed to meet. My flight would leave that same night, I was desperate. Rooters answered my calls promptly and professionally. They scheduled me for same day service and arrived within 3hours. I had needed a certification for my property in order to connect the water with the water company. The process was seamless. I'm very satisfied and grateful to Rooters. Not sure what may have happened with the other clients, but I can say I had a very positive experience with them and would highly recommend them.
