The owner Carlos was very personable. I thought I had to change the brake pads and they told me I had to adjust the bands only and change a serpentine belt close to the breaking point for $165 which i am satisfied with. The oil change is a bit pricier at $85 for a sedan, than in other places but couple of things:
1. The place was spacious, comfortable and it was not packed with people early during the week.
2. The owner and the attendant give you their full attention and they pay full attention to what you tell them
3. They are professionals
4. The place is a big shop and there's a few chairs to sit and even allowed us to sit in the air conditioned office which we did when it got too hot. I like the place, the customer service and so far I recommend it.
Sky AutoWorks worked very efficiently. They picked up their phones whenever we called, they gave us good estimates, and they explained the problem so that it doesn’t happen again. We are very grateful!

I was hopeful about Skyworks Auto because of all the good reviews, but I was really disappointed. They got me in for a last-minute inspection, which was great—but I never got a quote afterward, even after calling multiple times over several weeks. Total waste of time.
I ended up going to Car Tech Auto in Río Piedras instead, and they were amazing—quick, honest, gave me a quote on the spot, and did the repairs right after. Super professional. I’d recommend them over Skyworks any day.
