I wish I could give this shop more than 5 stars. Outstanding service, very professional, organized and respectful. Mr. Alvarez is the first mechanic to send me pictures and/or videos of the problem, the parts needed and the completed repair. His prices are always less than what I was paying in the USA. If he comes to your house for service, rest assured he'll not only get the job done right the first time but he's also very clean and neat. If there ever comes a time when Mr. Alvarez says he can't fix it, that's the day I sell my Jeep. I won't let anyone else touch my Jeep.
I had an accident and by calling Alvarez I requested home service and he resolved it the same day, with the best attitude in the world. He looked for the parts I needed from far away and still arrived and finished my car the same day. Very professional, excellent and demanding with his work. I recommend it 10/10.
