Not sure how this place doesn’t have 5 stars, but they get 5 stars from me! Very fast and efficient check in that was seamless. Be mindful it is about a 20 minute walk from the ferry dock but they do offer transportation for one person in the party upon arrival and departure (at least for us). The golf carts are in wonderful condition with no flaws. Veronica helped us out and she was so informative and kind. I highly recommend renting from here if you want an affordable, easy, and fun way to get around Culebra!
I rented a golf cart from this company while visiting Culebra, Puerto Rico. Just a few minutes after driving on the road, one of the wheels came off. I noticed that many of the bolts were missing—not just on that wheel, but on all of them. It was extremely frustrating to deal with this during my vacation, and I ended up losing nearly two hours of my time. I requested a refund, which they agreed to, but it took them a long time to come and pick us up. The entire experience was very disappointing and stressful. I would avoid renting from this company in the future.
Great service! They picked us up from the ferry terminal, drop us off at their office, gave us a brand new golf cart, all in 10 minutes! Couldn't have gone smoother! Thanks for helping us make our visit exceptional 👍🏻👍🏻
Had such a great experience using UTV services. This was our first time to Culebra and we had such an easy time with everything. A pickup from the ferry to the rental place, and they let us keep the UTV for the night (until 8ish) since our return ferry wasn’t until 9. We thought we’d have to walk from the rental to the ferry (about 20 minutes) when we ran into Kristal who offered us a ride and was just such a friendly person through the entire process. She was extremely helpful with any questions we had an had so much insight on what the best things were. We recommend asking for Kristal when you’re getting a rental here - she’s such a positive light to be around
We got lucky to find this place when we arrived at Culebra. The prices are reasonable for a Golf Cart. The service was amazing. The Manager lady Maria was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely rent from this place again.
