I’ve been with AZ FITNESS for 3 years and honestly, it’s been a life changing experience and journey. I’ve been working out since I was 16 years old and thought I knew most of the tricks to get a good physique, but the mentorship and guidance of my accountability coach Alexander Zavala and with the tools of AZ FITNESS, I’ve achieved new heights. Even when I’m away on trips, my coach provides me efficient and effective trainings through the app. Overall it’s a winning combination. Highly recommended and satisfied.
Alex is not only a great trainer but his ability to help with nutrition coaching and keeping me focused on off days is amazing. He has helped me lose over 65 lbs over 18 months.
My experience with the online program is exceptional. I've lost 35 pounds in a short amount of time. I do the routines from home using my app and work with my own body weight and a set of resistance bands. I like the variety of routines and the direct motivation from the trainer who challenges me every day from my home. This saves me time to take care of my daughter and achieve my goal. RECOMMENDED!
