Great facility. Open design with plenty of space and equipment. Air conditioned bathrooms, generator and friendly staff. Consider membership or visitors pass. Will be back on my next trip!
I’m a 54 year old , with knees problems and at least 30 pounds over weight . I joined 5 weeks ago. I’m down 8 pounds . My trainer is Francis. He did a whole evaluation and works with my strength and physical conditions . This has been the best one to one training experience. I don’t pretend do look like JLo , but I’m going to try .😂. I highly recommend this facility, whether it’s for a one to one or individual training and work outs. The staff members are experienced, professional and friendly. The area is always clean and parking easily available. Opex best in San Juan !
I joined OPEX one month ago and absolutely love it! The owner and all of the coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. When I started a month ago I barely knew anything about weight training and coach Ernesto taught me how to do so many exercises with great form that I would have never known how to do in the past. The workouts he builds for me weekly are fun, motivating, and challenging. The app we use to access the workouts is extremely user friendly and makes it very easy to contact your coach to measure progress. After one month I feel stronger and better than ever and can’t wait to continue my workout journey at OPEX. I highly recommend trying this gym if you are looking for real results, a clean/positive atmosphere, and great coaches!!
Whenever I’m on the island I come to this gym. I love the open space, and not having to wait for equipment. Just came back and the place looks better than ever. Hats off to Ernesto and the rest of the team.
One of the best, if not THE best box in the island. You are treated like family! Just like the owners. Pet & Kid friendly! Experienced and certified coaches lead you through every session, looking out for every athlete's movements. Emphasizing in safety and helping each individual achieve their goals.
