Terrible service. You walk in, and no matter what day you go, the lady, the gentleman, and the girl all have angry expressions and few words. To top it all off, I worked at an event where my client was upset about the chairs she'd been given in poor condition. We replaced them, but they were all scuffed and dirty. Festiva got angry at us, insulting us, telling us not to come to their store and tell them their chairs weren't in good condition and to go buy new ones. Hey, I understand they're profitable chairs and they wear out, but it's obvious they don't do ANY maintenance on them—at least a light wipe down when they're delivered. There are other businesses that do maintain their chairs to keep them in optimal condition to create a quality event.
