The location was nice and had space and apportioning for very creative events.
The reasons for the 3 stars:
If all of the outlets are used close to the stage area the circuits get overloaded and power gets loss in different sections. This caused interruption at the event I was in with the protocol which happened to be wedding and we all know how important these dates are. Another misshap I found was that the outside of the place was under construction, there were potholes, mud, and construction equipment in the parking lot / street section leading to the place.
The good things, the staff was courteous with tending to the people and the outside at the front were decorated very nice (not sure if that was part of the venue though)
The place is cozy, and has ample room. The parking is on dirt and made for a bit of a inconvenience for the women wearing heels. As the place is kinda of hidden, it give an relaxing and peaceful vibe.
Ample parking, excelent location, decent facility, well mantained bathrooms. Learned it can hold 500 people. We attended a wedding and it was very good.
