Fantastic company – you must work with them! They are fair, honest, and incredibly communicative. My clients absolutely loved their services. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the chauffeurs were professional, knowledgeable, and personable from start to finish.
From the moment they picked up at the airport to the hotel drop-off and throughout various excursions, they went above and beyond. They offered great suggestions, knew the area inside and out, and provided excellent recommendations. The chauffeur experience was flawless, the bookkeeping was seamless, and the constant communication and confirmations were outstanding.

Wow! I don't know where to start. The best transportation service I've ever received. The driver was very friendly and professional. The SUV was clean, had plenty of water, and best of all, I felt safe at all times. I loved traveling with Royal Star.
We used Royal Star for our transportation to and from the airport and our day trip to Old San Juan. We found them to be very dependable. We always felt safe. The drivers and dispatchers went above and beyond. We can't say enough good things about our overall experience.
