Spece is a great place to work from, everyone is super accommodating to members needs. The PH has beautiful work spaces, an amazing view and a complete snack/coffee bar area with a wide selection of items. Shout out to Lisa, Natalia and Melissa✨, teamwork makes the dream work.

Space is perfect, absolutely one of my favorite places to work from. They provide high-speed internet, seating spaces, phone calls booth and private meeting rooms. The views from the building are breathtaking! Melissa and staff are very kind, professional and super attentive. Their hospitality is one of a kind. It is a dynamic environment to work in and a beautiful place. I Highly recommended visiting if you have not!

Spece is one of the best coworking spaces I have been to. All of the offices and amenities are clean, classy, and comforting, something I always look for when searching for office spaces. The Spece team never fails to help me out whenever I need it, and always greets me with a smile when I walk in. The view of San Juan from the offices is spectacular and something I look foward to seeing whenever I work in an office, it gives a sense of inspiration and calmness. I would choose Spece anyday for a premium work space.
