Puerto Rico Jet Ski Rental

5 stars is not enough! We had the time of our lives and would do it all over again! My husband said if you don’t fly off you’re not having fun and we both flew off! Tony and Jose were awesome guides and I would highly recommend this activity if you’re looking to have some fun. You might be a little sore afterwards but who cares!

We had a really frustrating experience with this JetSki rental company. Everything started off fine, but things took a turn for the worse when we returned the JetSki just 15 minutes late. Instead of a reasonable late fee, they tried to charge us double the entire rental price — for just a quarter-hour delay! There was no clear communication about such a steep penalty beforehand. We completely understand late fees, but this felt like a blatant money grab. When we tried to explain the situation, the staff was rude and dismissive, showing zero flexibility or customer service. This experience left a bad taste in our mouths. If you're thinking of renting from here, make sure you read every line of fine print — and set a dozen alarms to avoid getting overcharged. Honestly, there are plenty of other places that value their customers more and don't try to gouge them over minor delays. We won't be coming back, and we definitely don't recommend this place.

If I could give 100 stars I would! 10/10 experience. I can’t remember our tour guides name (started with a J) but he was great! All of the staff was great as well from checking in to orientation, very organized! My Hubby and I had a blast ! Would definitely recommend bringing goggles or face covering though but I would definitely do this again! Highly recommended

First time in Puerto Rico and this is a must if you come to PR, we did the booking with Sebastian at Carabali while doing ATV riding, Sebastian was so polite and nice booking went smooth! The day off we had amazing instructors Lianys and Michael. They were so amazing Lianys explained everything perfectly! Definitely would recommend the 1hr booking. While in the water we enjoyed a 15 minute break for pictures and it was so beautiful. The instructors priority is for you to be safe but also have a great time!! Would definitely recommend this 100%!

10/10 experience!! The views were beautiful and Tony my tour guide was super chill and friendly. This will be my go-to spot when I’m in Puerto Rico Highly recommend!
