This review is long over due, so my apologies to Christies's. I have a fully renovated condo that I put on the market and spoke to brian aronso who put me touh with his agent Melanie. Not understanding the law and legal verbage, I had a lot of questions, and they were very patient in making time to explain it to me. Melanie was the agent assigned to market my condo and met with her and shared with her what my requirements were for a tenant, so there was no misunderstanding and at the end Christie's delivered a client that I could not be happier with. If I ever needed to put my condo up for rent or possibly sell or perhaps even buy another, Christie's would me first phone call. I live in NY, so email an phone was the communication channel and worked well. Melanie has provides valuable feedback and I developed a good working relationship.
