Realtor Nelson Moreno was very responsive and diligent at the moment and the process of purchasing my home. The process was a bit slow and I Had a few questions called the firm and the receptionist said they will get back to me but never called back. Other than that I would recommend universal properties, for best communication I would say go directly to the Realtor.
