a year agoRoxana Ramos was stellar throughout the search and purchase process. We are based in NJ and thought it would be challenging, but Roxana’s FaceTime videos enabled us to minimize lost travel time and money. Walking through properties with Roxana was an easy experience as she was not aggressively “selling”, but was conscientious of our finances and needs. The icing on the cake was that she was fun!! We had a good time house hunting!

a year agoOur agent, Betsali Zayas, was absolutely wonderful! She helped us realize our dream of owning an apartment in Puerto Rico after visiting for so many years. Searching for an apartment remotely made things more difficult and the process was tedious and complicated for us, but Betsali is very knowledgeable and was always available to kindly answer our numerous questions and to explain how things work in PR. She really went above and beyond to guide us through the entire process and was extremely helpful from beginning to end, and she continues to be after closing. Since I lived in NY, she would visit potential condos and FaceTime me so I can feel like I was actually there. Roxana never pushed me outside of my budget. She listened to what I wanted.
