We engaged Agent Caroline Johnson to rent our home and could not be more pleased with the service. She was consultative from the get go: sharing market insights, fixes needed to the property and valuable inputs from the showings. We rented our home in less than a month to a wonderful tenant. She carried the full weight end to end of the negotiation and even transfer of utilities. She was our true advocate in the process. I started working with Maria Del Valle back in 2020. She helped us find our rental home in DBE and she made the process incredibly easy. 3 years later when I wanted to buy my first home, given our first really positive experience, she was the person I wanted to work with. I was a first time home buyer and pretty clueless. She held my hand every step of the way and made the entire process smooth. Fast fwd to last month, she helped me sell that same house. I wasn't on the island and she took care of everything. Normally, you would have to fly back and handle a lot of things but Maria literally handled so much for me to make this happen. From a leak in the wall to arranging cleaners, photos, you name it, she handled it and it really took so much pressure and stress off me. Normally I would have been so stressed but she removed all that stress. She communicates and explains things very well, she's very professional but also becomes a friend in the process due to her welcoming / friendly nature. I second guessed selling my home many times, it was a bit emotional and she didn't push me for the sale, she just met me where I was and talked me through every outcome, no matter what that looked like for her. I think Maria is an excellent realtor bc she focuses on relationships and cares about her clients first and that is why the rest goes so smoothly. I still own other property on the island and Maria is for sure going to be the only person involved in the selling of that when the time comes and also the purchase of anything in the future. I 1000% recommend working with Maria if you want someone who is going to do an excellent job and take care of you in the process! I trust her and I know she takes a lot of pride in what she does and I know anyone who works with her will feel the same!

I want to do a shout out for Maria Del Valle. She helped us to purchase our ideal home in San Juan. She has great knowledge of real estate market in San Juan area. All appointments went so smoothly and timely. She took us to couple of different neighborhoods that we were considering and showed us ins and outs of communities. Maria, has great connections with agents (we ended up buying unlisted property), suppliers, banks and the list goes on. I don’t know if we could have done it without her. Maria is the best agent if you are looking for efficiency and excellency!

When I was looking to relocate and rent an apartment in Puerto Rico several friends recommended I use Caroline Johnson. I spent 5 years living in Singapore and in that time moved twice so I have seen and spent my fair share of time viewing apartments with agents. When done wrong it can be an excruciating waste of time. By wrong I mean missing the mark on what a client wants, including knowing what areas have what to offer. I can unequivocally report Caroline hit the mark. I reached out to her a month before I was to visit PR. She took down all the details I wanted in a place( outdoor porch, certain price range, 2 bedroom) and described to me the current rental landscape in the area I was looking. Literally that week she messaged me a list of places that might appeal to me. I followed up with her the following week with my likes and dislikes and she mentioned she was willing to go to the places I liked and send me videos of them( if no videos online of course) I didn't take her up on this but I did notice she listened to what I liked and didn't like about the places. The following week I got another more refined list. By the time I made it to Puerto Rico I was able to hit the ground running thanks to Caroline’s diligent work and preparation. It took me one day of looking and I had 3 places I liked. That is rare from my previous experiences. The apartment I really liked Caroline dug her heels in and called the representing agent that same afternoon and asked what we needed to do to ensure that I got the apartment. The owner wasn’t renting on a first come first serve basis but rather was evaluating everyone’s application. Caroline helped me get my application finished immediately and stayed front and center and in constant contact with the owner’s agent to make sure whatever questions and concerns regarding me as a renter were promptly put to ease and answered. This step was crucial, and I believe is why I ended up getting the apartment. You see Caroline was able to clearly express to me what concerns the owner had such that I was able to answer them and then she was able to relay those answers back just as concisely as I had answered. I believe the speed and attentiveness to which we got the owner’s questions answered set me apart from the other applicants. Once again all Caroline. She not only delivered on showing me places that were outstanding but followed through and landed me the apartment, over many other applicants, that I wanted; You want her in your corner. If you want someone that will work hard for you and takes her profession very serious then look no further than Caroline.
