0 Stars. Disgusting place, at first they try to sell you with a smile but after you purchase something and try to either change or cancel they switch their attitude up. First of all, after sending me uncompleted merchandise that I had already cancelled they wanted me to bring it back to their store. It had already came dirty on their part as well, but once I took time out of my day to return it they said they could not take it because it was dirty… The “supervisor” in the Cagua outlet location named Julissa Benua was adamant that she will not take the merchandise and gave the worst attitude and customer service I have ever received. I will never return to this store and I recommend others to go elsewhere because they will mess up your order and they will blame you and put it all on you.

Great furniture but the workers here are slow and have these time wasting processes that don’t make any sense. I bought a small floor model and I have to wait an hour behind people who bought furniture that’s in boxes and have to inspect it. Let me take the floor model I bought and be on my way. This is why Puerto Rico is 20 years behinr

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH KOPER TRUJILLO ALTO! I don’t usually share these things, but I want to express my experience with Koper Furniture Store Trujillo Alto so others know what to expect if they decide to shop there. On January 11, I purchased some furniture, and the salesperson told me that they had already arrived at the dock on January 8, so they would be in the store within two weeks and that I would be contacted. Weeks passed, and no one contacted me, so I tried reaching the store on January 29. Calling was an ordeal: they never answered, and they also ignored emails, which, to this day, remain unanswered. After multiple attempts, I finally got through on January 29. They told me the furniture had just arrived at the dock, which was completely different from what I had been told at the time of purchase. Then, they changed the story and said they had actually arrived on January 27. Contradictory information over and over again! Despite this confusion, they offered me the option to pay for delivery over the phone, to which I agreed, saying I would call again to do so. Big mistake! Once again, no one answered the calls. On February 14, after many more attempts, I finally got through, and they told me that the furniture was already in the warehouse but that now I had to wait for them to “complete inventory.” I asked if I had to wait another two weeks, but they couldn’t give me a precise answer. On top of that, now they told me I couldn’t pay for delivery over the phone, when previously they had said I could. On March 8, fed up with the lack of responses, I went to the store in person. When I arrived, I asked to speak with the manager, but the employee who assisted me showed no interest in helping. Instead of saying something like “Sure, let me find him for you,” he just pointed toward an office and said, “That person over there, you can wait by the window or wait until he comes out.” I had to wait several minutes until, by chance, the manager finally came out. When I was finally able to speak with him, I tried to explain my situation, but he was curt and uninterested. He interrupted me and simply said that backorders have an estimated date. I told him I understood and that I had waited patiently. However, he abruptly asked for my phone number to check the order. He left without letting me finish, and when he returned—without any explanation—he simply handed me some documents and said, “You can pick up your furniture over there.” I responded that I had never said I was there to pick up the furniture, but since he didn’t allow me to explain my situation, I asked him to at least listen to my frustration. When I finally expressed it, his only response was that they were changing the system, that he was aware that the phone lines don’t work, and that emails are received by the central office, which then forwards them to the store. This is not my first time shopping at Koper, but it is my first time purchasing furniture that was not immediately available in the store. However, this time, the service was beyond terrible and highly deficient. Today, I finally received my furniture, but only after TWO MONTHS of poor communication, excuses, and zero customer service. Koper Furniture has NO empathy or interest in its customers. Their staff is inefficient, their service is a disaster, and communication is nonexistent. I have knowledge and experience in customer service, and this situation clearly demonstrates a total lack of commitment to the customer. If you’re thinking about shopping at KOPER, think twice. I do NOT recommend this store at all! #KoperTrujilloAlto #TerribleService #NotRecommended

Terrible company. They were in organized, and the delivery team is so in professional. They destroyed my steps. Called the company, and nobody ever answers. I would not recommend to anyone.
