If you value accountability, customer service and your sanity please stay away from this place and do not do business with Gabriella. We purchased a couch on April 15th and paid for delivery. The delivery date was 4/28. Two days before the delivery we got a call that the couch we ordered didn't fit in the truck(What!?!). The delivery was rescheduled for May 5th. On May 3rd we received a call from Gabriella that the couch would not be delivered on May 5th because "sales were slow and there weren't enough deliveries to go out." Again, what!?! I've ordered tons of furniture and have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. Gabriella was unapologetic and dismissive. She offered no solutions. At that point we started panicking because we had family coming into town and also, she could give us a new definite delivery date because it depends on sales! We ended up having to hire someone else to pick up the couch. Buyer beware.. stay away from this place!!
Variety of options to choose from. Quick pickup option or delivery if you prefer. Mr. Carlos Blanco was my sales rep. He was very knowledgeable when I asked questions.
