We went to this Muebleria Berrios in Carolina, Puerto Rico, in order to buy a stove. Finally, we got a Samsung.
Prices are competitive, and the quality of the service deserves what we paid.
The vendor was knowledgeable about the product she sold to us.

Disappointed with the Customer Service
I recently visited your furniture store and was very disappointed with the treatment I received. While the security guard at the entrance greeted us politely and opened the door, the experience inside was the complete opposite. No one acknowledged me or offered to help.
I saw three employees sitting around, more focused on their cell phones than on assisting customers. Their attitude was indifferent and unprofessional. I just moved to Puerto Rico and was excited to furnish my new home, but this experience left a very bad impression. Customer service is everything, and unfortunately, this store really missed the mark
Good service I went to buy a recliner I had $514 the taxes Brought it to $528 but they Managed to lower it down to $512 including taxes I think it was awesome that they worked with me so that I was able to take my recliner home that day thank you
