Berríos (Mueblerías Berríos)

We went to this Muebleria Berrios in Carolina, Puerto Rico, in order to buy a stove. Finally, we got a Samsung. Prices are competitive, and the quality of the service deserves what we paid. The vendor was knowledgeable about the product she sold to us. The delivery was prompted as they said. We recommend Berrios for your appliances.

Disappointed with the Customer Service I recently visited your furniture store and was very disappointed with the treatment I received. While the security guard at the entrance greeted us politely and opened the door, the experience inside was the complete opposite. No one acknowledged me or offered to help. I saw three employees sitting around, more focused on their cell phones than on assisting customers. Their attitude was indifferent and unprofessional. I just moved to Puerto Rico and was excited to furnish my new home, but this experience left a very bad impression. Customer service is everything, and unfortunately, this store really missed the mark

Good service I went to buy a recliner I had $514 the taxes Brought it to $528 but they Managed to lower it down to $512 including taxes I think it was awesome that they worked with me so that I was able to take my recliner home that day thank you
