The sales associates were very personable. Ayeska was incredibly patient and let me try on many rings until I found the perfect one. The packaging was impeccable!
Another senior associate gave my toddler a coloring book and crayons to keep her occupied while we tried on the jewelry. It was the best coloring book I've ever seen—so luxurious!
I also appreciate that the store is kept locked, and the associates open it when customers arrive. Helped them concentrate on one customer per associate.
I visited this store with my family and was shocked by the way we were treated. From the moment we walked in, the security guard, Bryan, didn’t greet us and instead chose to follow us around the entire store — something he didn’t do with other customers. It felt discriminatory and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the sales associate, Jennifer, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She acted as if helping us was a burden and made us feel unwelcome and inferior.
This was by far the worst retail experience we’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this location and take you're business elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way.
I am extremely happy with my first experience at Cartier. I had a multitude of questions and their sale representative Carmen was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I have invested into 3 Cartier pieces and will keep investing. I will make sure to reach out to Carmen. I had a wonderful & positive experience. Ask

I had an excellent experience at Cartier. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable—personalized attention, professionalism, and great courtesy. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and the quality of the product is simply exceptional. A special purchase I’ll always remember fondly.

I've been working with several members of the staff for over a year. However recently there has been a new employee, a lovely girl named Ashley, who stood out because she refused to look me in the face while I was shopping for my kid in the store.
This is not the case with the other customer service representatives, they are a joy.
I mentioned it to another staff member but I felt like I was getting the brush off (as if it was something I did). As a business owner, I know cordial customer relations entail respectful eye contact to drive up sales. She was new, & I had not seen her before. But I certainly felt like I was bothering her.
Nevertheless, I continued with another staff member to complete my order.
Owner take note, I wish your store the best!
