While in Puerto Rico, the drum in our washer went out at my parents home. I decided to find a laundromat close to home to do laundry and stumbled across this place. Very clean and the attendant was kind and helpful. The young lady at the counter answered all my questions and helped me get started. The prices are reasonable and the machines work great. You can do your own laundry or they can do it for you. I recommend calling for rates and if you decide to drop off your load, they will let you know when it will be ready, not always available on the same day based on what I observed (call for details). If you don’t have or forget your laundry supplies, they sell them there. If you have pets, you cannot wash their items in their machines. Limited parking spaces in front of the building itself, so you’ll have to park on the side streets. There aren’t a lot of chairs for waiting while doing laundry so you may want to minimize your company if necessary. There are snack and drink machines available on the premises as well as a restroom. If you don’t have coins to take with you, make sure you take cash because the attendant will give you the change you need for your loads. The earlier you arrive the better. They get very busy. Based on my experience I recommend this business and their services. I will come again if I have to.

I must say, I'm hurt and disappointed. Despite the lack of a bathroom for customers to use, not being able to charge your phone, I continued coming because it's relatively close to my house. I wash here frequently. I'm respectful to the staff (and everyone else) and always clean up after myself. The occasional misunderstandings of which clothes go where (they do a good job of monitoring), otherwise all good. Today as soon as I began putting my clothes into the washer, I was immediately suggested which machines I "could" use. I assumed it was just a suggestion, said thank you and proceeded. By the way, while adding baking soda to my clothes, some spilled on the floor, the worker tells me I have to make sure to clean up after myself, to which I reminder her that I always do... As I was walking towards the smaller white machines, the worker immediately told me that I can't wash there. I asked why. She said the water pressure on that side is low, and so nobody can use it. She said there's one machine currently in use, and that's because the person used it without her knowledge. I said okay and returned to the bigger machines. Towards the end of my washing I see someone using the very same machine I was told I couldn't use. In fact, the person was being INSTRUCTED by the worker on how to use it. I walked over to the worker and asked if the machine has already been fixed. She said that the person only put a small quantity of clothes, so she doesn't need much water. I asked her how she knew the quantity of clothes I was going to put in there. She answered if I have any issues, that I should take it up with the owner. I told her I have absolutely no issues and just want to understand why others could use the machine and I couldn't. She replies that I'm looking for a reason to get kicked out, and my clothes thrown out. I told her do it. I asked if she knows her actions are descrimination, she said it's not, to which I asked why she couldn't have been honest about why she didn't want me using the machine. She kept threatening to throw my things out. I really don't understand the reason for the descrimination. Very odd, very dishonest, and very contradicting of the messages posted all around the laundromat. I wouldn't recommend any foreigners coming here. I have video evidence of most of the interaction.

Nice and clean place. Spectacular customer service. Recommend it to wash your large quilts!

Very sweet owner, showed how to use the super heavy duty washing machine, very clean place, plenty of washing machines and driers

Attendant is extremely rude treated an elderly customers with a very poor attitude. Customer had his dryer damaged due to community power loss, However, the attendant told the elderly man possibly in his 80's in a very disrespectful manner to leave the laundromat with his wet clothes because he not washed his clothes there.
