The Brisas Spa lived up to its name. It was Zen from start to finish. The staff greeted me with warmly and paid attention to every detail. The lounge prior to the massage was quiet and well stocked with tea, water and healthy snacks. The service was given by a professional who worked out all of the kinks.This experience was top-notch. I highly recommended it as part of your visit to Puerto Rico.
Empty shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower. Small space to get ready, with only one mirror in the one bathroom. We scheduled four massages within 2 hours. One of the masseuses was EXCELLENT (highly recommend Winti), the other mixed up the clients and insisted on doing the wrong massage on wrong client even after attempting to clarify the client mix up several times. So one person was rushed out of the shower and the other was left waiting in a room alone for an hour. Ultimately, the two clients with the better masseuse had a great experience and the other two were not happy. The front desk staff did offer discounts and try to make it right, but this doesn't change the experience for the two that did not have a good one.

Get low expectations if you’re going to sign up. I was expecting windows and tropical feel but it feels like a dimly lit tightly spaced basement.
I got a resort pass and the resort was absolutely amazing. Towel folks were reluctant to give me a towel although a couple of people on staff said it shouldn’t be a problem.
Other than the shitty staff member who didn’t care to help me enter the spa and the apprehensive pool boy. It was worth the $150 for the all day access to the pool and beach.
Masseuse more rubbed me than massaged but he Tried!!
Loved this experience and wish I didnt have to leave! Feeling so great! Astrid took real good care of me and I feel super rejuvenated! Thank you so much!
