I had appointment for training my dog Wednesday 13 December at 1100 am when I arrived was informed that it was cancelled had it rescheduled for next day Thursday when arrived was informed no trainer's available that day and was informed had appointment next day Friday went to appointment and even though they had shown me that there was an appointment puff nothing in computer and yes had it rescheduled once again. Not happy with all this situation
Located at the Villa Blanca Shopping Mall. All their products for any pet are of utmost quality and the prices are very reasonable because knowing you are buying the best for beloved rescued dogs. The Customer Service is superb and their dog trainer; Lynn is by far the best of all trainers we have dealt with. She has the knowledge, the qualifications, the patience etc, but above everything she truly shows the love she has for all these beautiful beings that are entrusted to her. And that for us is what makes her extraordinary.
