Discover Puerto Rico

Discover Puerto Rico is an arm of the government and hides the reality of the state of the island. Tourists daily find starving, abused, and neglected animals in the streets, even in what they consider upscale Dorado. The animals are mistreated by the government of Puerto Rico and then the government hides this from you. The government fails to pass laws for the control of the overpopulation of strays. They fail to enforce the laws for the protection and welfare of animals. They take money under the table from the American Kennel Club to NOT restrict breeding. They routinely pay for contractors pick up animals and kill. If you visit Puerto Rico these are the image you see everywhere you go.

I've been traveling to PR for more then 20 years, and since Maria I've never seen or head any advertisement about PR is back in business, in the NY Metro area (ground zero for tourist coming to the island). Discover PR needs to do better outreach because the perception is that it's not in back and in a distressed state. As we know that is not the case. It's beautiful and ready for tourism. Discover PR needs to do a better job at overcome what the media shows and market where the masses get their current perception, which is on the air & by social media blitzes. Mexico, Florida, Aruba, & Pennsylvania have and continue do so much marketing, PR needs to show they are back and do the same. You have so much more potential, please tape into it.

PR requires a Covid-19 ..... Took the test provided by the gov2go which is the website for the goverment testing, which many states in United States participate. I show the results but because it does not have a phone number the system will not take. A complete disevice. GYST.
