Santurce Salsa Club

I am usually not one for writing reviews, but my partner and I had an absolute blast during this class and had to share! Giovanni was very communicative and flexible in setting up our class time. My partner and I dance at different levels, as she has some experience salsa dancing and I was just beginning, but we both laughed and learned something new. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Condado area looking for a fun hour of learning how to dance salsa, no matter your level of experience.

We enjoyed our salsa lesson in the park so much! Our teachers were so patient and encouraging and we definitely learned the basics. The light rain did not dampen our spirits and we even got to dance under a rainbow. A highlight of our trip to San Juan. Muchas gracias señoritas!

Giovanni was very attentive and made it easy to enjoy the salsa scene in San Juan. We followed his advice and went to La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce which was wonderful. More late night salsa dancing is in our future.

Giovanni was very kind, funny, welcoming, and above all, a great instructor. All skill levels are welcome. I had never taken a dance class before but within the hour I left with a grasp of the basics, as well the confidence and desire to go dancing at salsa clubs that night! My girlfriend loved it and we both definitely recommend taking a class with Giovanni before heading out to experience all of the vibrant nightlife San Juan has to offer.

I recently attended the beginners salsa class at Santurce Salsa Club, and I couldn’t be happier with experience! As someone who had a zero salsa dance background, I was a bit nervous stepping into the world of Latin dance. However, the instructor made the entire learning process not only easy, but also incredibly fun 💃! The instructor provides clear instructions and plenty of practice time, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and confident as the progress thought the lesson. I highly recommend the salsa classes and looking forward to my next class.
