My best friend and I bought a pool pass for the OLV rooftop pool last week and it was truly such a lovely experience! Upon arrival, we were escorted / upgraded to our own little cabana. I wish I could remember the name of the male who took us upstairs - I believe he was the pool manager there - but he was so fun and polite! Our waitress was also really personable and kind. We ended up having a really long chat with Gustavo who was SO lovely! He told us all about his favorite places in San Juan and shared some go-to restaurants and beaches. Collectively, they made our short experience there so relaxing and memorable.
The hotel is one of the nicest on the island. Please dont bring children we loved the adult only atmosphere. The luxury and service takes it to a new level.
When you open the door to your room you can smell a light sent of bleach. It is so clean here. The staff are trained to be observant they leap into action with out hesitation.
This was my first stay but I will be back the robes and slippers. The room, was the cheep one they have to options above this one and it's stunning. Next time we will do the master suite.
Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from they probably staying in wrong plance! my experience was nothing short of fantastic! Amazing hotel with professional, friendly staff who truly take care of you, never stop smiling. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The food was delicious and full with flavor so do Alcoholic beverages , the pool water was crystal clear, and the valet service was top-notch—fast and courteous. Great management overall. Will recommend to anyone who looking for a relaxing vacation.

It was my first time and there were little glitches with the bathroom door, sink, shower and the throw rug is turned up on the right corner so I tripped over it a few times. Also the maid service was not that great they were tight with the towels. A couple only got 3 towels we had a bathtub and a shower. What if I wanted to bathe a couple of times in a day? It seemed to be an issue to ask for more towels but we did get our water every day. The front desk staff, the guys that valet our car and the pool servers were excellent. The view from the balcony was priceless. It’s a very pretty hotel and the Rolls Royce is awesome. If I am not staying at the Condado Vanderbilt or the Fairmont. This hotel would be my third top choice.
