Considering my current status (a resident of the state of Texas and an active duty officer and member of the United States Army), my expectations regarding the sale of a property require the most prepared and diligent professionals in every process. Despite the fact that Sosa Real Estate's main offices are located in the town of Ponce, I decided to request their services in the sale process of a multi-family property in the town of Orocovis (no one in the area possesses the training, education, and professionalism that Francisco Sosa possesses). This is a two-story multi-family property that was built more than five decades ago and has undergone multiple expansion projects over the years. Although it took a considerable amount of time for the property to be sold, Sosa Real Estate served as an intermediary to identify each of the processes that required immediate attention, including property and construction certification in order to comply with all housing and safety requirements and laws (i.e., demolition and reconstruction). From the beginning, I was a little afraid to start the remote selling process (living in Texas while Sosa Real Estate PR was my representative and handled all the processes in Puerto Rico). All the information, data, and statistics related to the sale of the property were provided by Mr. Francisco Sosa and his team; their professionalism, prompt information, and essential data promoted the peace and tranquility of mind that is needed in such a complex and remote process. At all times, Francisco respected my wishes and demands as a seller and even supported all decisions and provided his excellent suggestions to ensure a successful end to the process. In the past 15 months, seven of which were dedicated to the renovation and restructuring of the property, I did not doubt at all the transparency and dedication of Francisco Sosa and his great team. They were months that perhaps extended longer than expected but were necessary to achieve the final result in the sale of this beautiful and special property. Throughout this period, communication with Francisco was uninterrupted and time, maximizing access to information through social media and virtual portals. Thanks to their excellent service, honesty, humility, transparency, and human qualities, I consider Francisco and his team my friends, and, as we say in Puerto Rico, "eyes closed" (without a doubt), I will call them again to request their services or refer them to family and friends in and outside of Puerto Rico.
