This is an update review since the Sale of the home, and PR Taxes are now completed: Ivette communicated very well and handled everything in a professional manner. I am located in the States, selling a PR property and Tax requirements is more complicated. Non PR residents are charged 15% tax at the closing table, I needed to submit a Tax Return/Planilla to Hacienda (Treasury) to request partial or full refund, the process is complicated. Ivette provided guidance, she connected me with a Tax Consultant who completed the tax return, a refund was approved by Hacienda. Ivette was always ready to assist, selling to a Veteran, or a lender asking for additional inspections or documents can take a bit longer. Using a Bank her Team was familiar with resulted in a faster closing. Per the agreement it is important Seller/Buyer submit required documents quickly for a faster closing date. Ivette's team can assist in the process, but some of the documents only you can provide. Original Nov 2024 Review: I'm in the States, needed to sell an inherited home that another realtor had not advertised much. After speaking to several realtors and to Ivette Acevedo at Atlantic Properties Realty in Aguadilla I was impressed with her knowledge and make it happen attitude. She is a ball of fire, I provided some documents, within days she quickly visited the home, took pictures and listed the property. In 30 days the home was under contract and sold within weeks. Ivette and her partner Milton assisted with lenders inspection, and coordinated repairs that were required. They kept me informed the entire time and coordinated with the closing team as needed. I highly recommend Atlantic Properties Realty !!

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in terms of service. The property listed took almost 5 months to sell due to either negligence or pure incompetence. Realtor never bothered to keep me informed whether it be complications nor anything of positive note. Towards the end of the sale of the home, I had to personally contact the lender and coordinate all proper documentation to be sent immediately. Either people are very complacent with this type of service in Puerto Rico or something but not me. This did not work for me but in fact worked against me in terms of time and service to the client who is me. I would not recommend this service to any one and if you do choose this company, good luck

I took a leap of faith and had an amazing experience! I decided to sell my property in Isabella PR and wasn’t sure now to go about it. I am so happy I found Ivette. I inherited a property in Puerto Rico and I live in the states. I wasn’t even too sure where the property was located and she quickly got to work on finding it, taking pictures and doing all that was required. She worked with me, my sister and cousin all lliving in different states and coordinated everything - getting the taxes that were due, the lawyer for the inheritance paper work, appraisals. She made the process easy and seamless and in less than 2 months everything was done and sold.
