Iris of Realty City did an amazing job. First of all, I was on a rushed schedule and she was not even my realtor. She was the listing realtor. Still she went out of her way to help me and used her amazing powers of persuasion and knowledge to get the attorney who was doing the paperwork to close in my timeframe. And this was especially hard because the property was in an estate. Thanks to Iris’ efforts gathering all documents needed, the attorney was able to do the impossible and get the job done in time. As if that wasn’t enough she also continue to help me after the sale with figuring out things such as how to get electricity and water turned on and even help me figure out which days to put the garbage out. When I buy or sell my next home, she will be the only realtor I would use. And it really is hard to find good motivated people that are realtors in Puerto Rico.

Went to the website to see the foreclosures that are obviously abandoned all over Puerto Rico, they are not listed there. Everyone who trys to sell anything else must think everyone else on the island is blind.
