Theres no such thing as a private beach. This beach is public as all beaches are in Puerto Rico, as well as the roads that lead there from Palmas Del Mar. Use the CRIM's webpage interactive map, you can see public roads and private land boundaries, owner and lot information, it is public information.
If you're looking for a beach with few or no people, this is it! However it's a bit of a trek to get there. Once you're there, it's got some shade options and a good stretch to walk along the beach. The sand is more coarse, there's a lot of pebbly terrain up top, and the walk on the edge of the water is fairly slanted.
Stop telling people this is a private beach! To all tourists- All beaches in Puerto Rico are public. There is no such thing as a private beach on the island. People buy properties near the beach and then think they own the beach! Hell no the Beach belongs to the Island and for all to enjoy!!!!!
