The host was very nice, attentive and responded promptly to resolve the issues we had with our gas, water supply, fan and light inside our Ready Camp tent. The beds were super comfy and the view breathtaking. The showers, the best experience of the whole trip. However, there were no lights outside our tent, no bbq and no fire pit so make sure to bring your own.
If you are the adventure type, and have at least a big SUV to get there (they really DO mean the rough terrain part), consider bringing lots of Off Wood Repellent (the other kind won't do) and some citronella candles or torches. There will be A LOT of insects.
If it was cheaper I would do it again being way more prepared. Not worth the price at the moment. I know they are making some changes and hope they fix it and make it worth the $115 + tax that I payed for it.
