My sister and I came to Puerto Rico for the first time and this hotel was wonderful. It is just one block from a stunning beach and they provide beach towels and chairs for you. It is also very close to many food spots and is walkable so you won’t be spending as much money on Ubers and taxis. All the staff were wonderful! We saw Jessica mostly on the trip and she was extremely helpful and friendly. She was fun to talk with, attentive, and gave some great recommendations. Will definitely be staying here next time we come to Puerto Rico.
Highly recommend! Great location, great facility, super clean and most importantly amazing customer service. Everyone was very friendly. Shout out to Jessica at the front desk for being so kind and going out of her way to help make my 6 yr olds beach trip extra fun by letting us borrow her daughters sand toys. The AC in the room was ice cold. Nice hot showers and there's a small restaurant on site with great food. All in all, we had a great experience and we'll definitely stay again!
Amazing location, 3 minute straight walk to a great beach. Service has been wonderful, the woman with the glasses at the front has been very helpful during our stay. Rooms are clean and simple. Just wish the bathrooms had a fan. AC works great, nice Roku TV hung on the wall. Easy place to recommend and we would stay here if we come back to Puerto Rico.
Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in & I travel a good amount! The staff are some of the kindest, most helpful people I have met. You can tell they genuinely love and care about their job - special shoutout to Jessica & Andrea! They were fantastic and not only gave us amazing recommendations for activities & food but also made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was in a great location, & the amenities they provided made us feel so well taken care of! When we come back to PR for future trips, we will be staying here!
Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room and great location. Super close to the beaches, food and nightlife while still secluded in a safe little area. Clean, relaxing and the staff was so amazing I had to stay another night even though I planned on hotel hopping. Veronika, Andrea and Jessica became my besties! They are so sweet, helpful and hospitable in their own way. I missed them when I went to my next hotel .. they are literally the reason I booked again. Thank you so much ladies!! See you again soon :)
