From start to finish, this was by far the most fun I’ve ever had on an ATV ride — and I’ve done quite a few! What truly made the day unforgettable wasn’t just the adrenaline or the breathtaking views, but the above-and-beyond, charismatic customer service that turned a great tour into an exceptional one.
Melissa is an absolutely AMAZING ! Her energy, flexibility, and passion for making every guest’s experience special truly set her apart. She didn’t just guide us — she curated the perfect adventure. She went out of her way to help us find more tours and activities that matched our vibe, making our whole weekend even more memorable.

Great experience! The meeting spot is easy to find. They provide the safety helmet and goggles. The tour last around 2 hrs with 3 stops to enjoy the view and Los Pozos beach. We will return! Gracias por la experiencia! Muy amables
We made a booking with this company, but they canceled the tour just four hours before it was scheduled. We had made a deposit through PayPal to secure our reservation. They canceled, the tour was canceled because the payment was still pending—something any business should know is common, especially when using PayPal. We show them the money was take of our bank account.
We’ve requested a refund, but they are refusing to return our money. They blocked us and are now refusing both to provide the service and to refund the payment. We want our money back. Don’t book with this people.
We booked a last minute tour, day of, and it was such a great decision. Great communication, speedy responses, and just all around great company during the tour. We had a great time!

6 months agoSo much fun! Beautiful views. Tour guides were fantastic. Don’t follow Google maps directions. Look in your text from the guides.
