I'm shocked at how terrible this company operates. They've been overcharging me with "estimated" usage amounts for 2 years. I've disputed multiple times and they make a very small adjustment for one month, then go back to the high "estimated" usage. I've now been overcharged by more than $3,500 and the process keeps going on. How much do they need to screw me before it makes sense to get an attorney involved. Someone please fire whoever runs this place and find someone that is capable of running this place. At this point, my dog would do a better job over there.
1st of all, I could not figure out how to make an appointment online. I figured a government agency would have “walk-in” appointments. So, I waited in line for nearly 40 minutes, just to find out they could not assist me same day and all they could do for me is make a future appointment.

Visited according to map. No customer service here. Informed a block away Banco popular building. Parking 0.7/Hr. Went to 3 rd floor. Tried to ask question. Guard pointing to queue. Wait. Ok my turn. Wrong queue! Other room. Waiting for an hour after sign in. I wonder how people even make an appointment because the phone number never worked for me.
After one hour, they asked me to make an appointment for two weeks later. Now I know how people make an appointment!
Peak demonstration of inefficient government service for essentials.
Truly terrible customer experience. Expect to go an insanely long time without water when signing up for a new account with no communication from AAA. Calling into customer service is no help. They will just tell you the request is pending and give you no details as to when to expect service.
