I had a issue with my “pool cleaner” and damaged my Hayward Pro-Series Vari-Flo, and in less that 1 min they had the part, the included the 1 1/2 inches adapter and explained how to install it and possible issues i could encounter, they offered also if i needed assistance with personal recommendations. After installing it everything ran smoothly, i can’t explain the level of satisfaction from the store and their personal on the attention to detail and hearing their customer. I highly recommend them no questions asked.

My husband tasked me to purchase an inground pool vacuum cleaner but a specific brand and type and wasted a lot of time online, by phone, and visiting 2 pool supply stores in Dorado. When I reached out to Huge Pool Supply, I spoke to Alamo, and Yaritza and Oh Boy, what a difference! as They both listened to my concerns and were able to provide me with the appropriate orientation that the type of vacuum cleaner I was looking for was obsolete. They focused on explaining the pros and cons of vacuum cleaners in the market available in Puerto Rico and backed up 100% by the manufacturer regardless of where I buy it from. In the same phone call, they sent me literature and visuals plus an estimated for the best inground pool vacuum cleaners and they also have weekly routes for delivery islandwide regardless of purchase amount. Needless to say, I drive from Dorado to Carolina and bought my vacuum cleaner plus some extra needed supplies. During my visit at their store, Alamo welcomed me and was super helpful answering additional questions about additional supplies.
