My first visit was extra special. Prior to traveling from St. Thomas, VI, I called to get information and to make an appointment with Natalie and the fact the she spoke English was reassuring. She was kind and very informative. Upon arrival, I was greeted and assisted by the parking attendant who escorted me to the entry door. Once inside, Genesis at the front office was so kind and welcoming. She gave me the necessary New patient forms to fill out. The wait was not long at all. Your Assistant Ninochka was very gentle and professional giving a complete walking tour of the entire facilities prior to being seen and it was impressive. Dr Camuñas was gentle, impeccibly professional and awesome during my evaluation. Cleanliness was 5 Stars. 🌟 I highly recommend Drs. Duran and Martinez Dental Clinic Offices. I can't wait for my next visit to complete the work needed to be done.
The best dental experience I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The office is truly warm and welcoming. Had no language barrier issues. The staff is professional and accommodating. Natalia (my hygienist) was so amazing and thorough! Dr. Escalera was truly wonderful to see! See you in 6 months!!

So far so awesome… very high tech clinic. I was very well treated, starting from being escorted under a large umbrella due to the rain, to the very polite staff Genesis in the front desk, than given a tour by Isabel, x-Rays by Ixsa and finally examined by Dr Merediz. Next step will be an evaluation by Dr Duran. I’m very exited about whats next. Final word I’m impressed. Also I got the sweetest gift upon arrival. 🏼
