My husband and I have been going to this office for a little over a year. Everything was fine until last Fall when there were suddenly new doctors and staff and things fell apart quickly. My husband was literally in the middle of a pre-paid 9 month plan to get major repair work done including bridgework, when they sent a text message saying "we no longer practice general dentistry here" and the recommendation was to take a new appointment and begin a new assessment process with the office in Carolina, which is very far away for us. Terribly irresponsible and dismissive of patients to just abandon everyone and quit "doing dentistry" with no warning at all. Do not go here for their new "implant" service because they are likely to take your money and leave, like they did with us.
Something is wrong with this outfit for dental tourism/new patients. They say they're going to get you an appointment, a quote for services, etc - yet they never follow up. You call and call, they say they're waiting for this and that, very discouraging. An earlier review says they are in total disarray, I agree. Untrustworthy.
Dra. Molina was great. Took the time to explain and communicate everything. Service was fast and they went above and beyond to help. The whole staff including reception was very nice.
The doctors were great but the woman that returns the calls takes a long time to acknowledge your call and when you tell her she gets very Disrespectful and ABUSIVE ,accusing me to be demanding with my text messages . Well if i called her 8 times and she ignores my calls ,i have to call her again and again until she wants to answer the phoneThe doctors don't really care because they are too busy to return my call and hear my side of the story. Her name is Stepahanie and the DR name Hector Melendez.Very dissapointed with the lack of communication.
The cleanings here are underwhelming and lack attention to detail. Unfortunately, the front desk experience is even worse. The receptionist is consistently unprofessional, coming across as defensive and rude when asked simple questions about scheduling. This practice only schedules cleanings once a year, rather than the recommended six months, which is odd. When I inquired about this, the response was unnecessarily confrontational. Avoid this dental practice.
