Dra Brau was very professional and thorough in her evaluation. She took the time to explain me the diagnosis and treatment alternatives. Her office staff is friendly and very organized. I did not wait to be seen.
Nice staff, very professional, premises were excellent, clean and attractive, Dr. Brau, a down to Earth, old fashioned Practitioner, answered all my questions, gave me plenty of time to voice concerns.
Dr. Brau has a charismatic personality that inspires trust in all her patients. Her vast experience and knowledge make that her work and treatments have a flawless result.
Fast and friendly service. I went for my appointment to have an earlobe repaired after a tear. I was seen by Dr. Brau within minutes of arriving and filling in the paperwork. There is no ridiculously long wait time which I loved. The nurses, and receptionist were all also very nice. When I went back for a follow up and stitch removal, they were in the midst of a move and still managed to get me in and get my stitches out very quickly. Dr. Brau's bedside manner is also nice which is important. I'd definitely go back for other things if needed.
