Dra. Mariana Cruz Manzano – Dermatologia – San Francisco Dermatology

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go here. Called yesterday to make an appointment to have two cyst evaluated. One cyst on the back of my neck and one underneath my armpit. Explained to them I did not have insurance. They explained to me it would be 125$. I came today paid the 125$ up front and then was called in to the office. The doctor GLANCED at my cysts and immediately let me know she does not do extractions/ surgeries on necks so that she would refer me to another doctor. My mouth dropped. Why on earth would you accept this appointment knowing I’m paying out of pocket KNOWING you don’t work with necks. That is HORRIBLE. You should be ashamed of yourself. What a waste of my time and money.

I called and they she just hung up the phone on me rude

Traveled one hour and a half for them to dispatch me within 2 minutes of the doctor seeing me. Felt like just another customer, and it didn’t feel like genuine service.

Excellent Dr. She treat my girl (who have autism) so gentle and cool. She is so thorough in the check ups and ease my kid afection. She explained me so clearly and also teach me how to treat my girl skin at home. Best Dermatologist!!!

It was a waste of time! I told them the situation, a wart in my kid's face and they said no problem. I mention it was a kid because most dermatologists don't deal with children. I waited 4 months for the appointment for them to tell me that they can't do anything about it. I don't get why would they waste my time, so they can charge my health plan and a miserable deduction. The office was empty and i can see why. Worst experience in a doctor office.
