My experience with medical offices isn't great. In addition to the staff, I've often felt lost, alone, and without medical professionals who advocated for my best interests. I decided to check out Pravan before giving up completely. I'm so glad I did. During my first visit, the doctor's office felt, smelled, and looked like a spa. The staff offered delicious tea and a treat while I waited. I couldn't believe I felt great visiting a doctor's office! In addition to in-office services, they provide conveniences such as at-home bloodwork, which is excellent for those who require accessibility (or other) accommodations. I look forward to continued support from professionals who genuinely care about my well-being.

Pravan is everything a primary care clinic should be! Went there for the first time yesterday, the facility was upscale and you can see they put so much thought into the decor. Their front office is amazing, I went to the pediatric side by mistake and the front desk personally escorted me to the correct facility. The check in process was seamless, they brought 20 kinds of tea for me to choose from and paired cookies. They are very proactive to my needs, they put my groceries in the fridge, asked me if I wanted to bring my tea with me to the treatment room. Everyone was so friendly. Luma my nurse practitioner was friendly, professional and listened to all my needs. The treatment was the most painless I had with all the extra precautions they put in place, I’ve never seen those anywhere else. I’ve worked in healthcare consulting for 9 years and Pravan is the future state we advise our clients to be.
