Excellent staff! I went to get my frames adjusted and they were extremely attentive and friendly. I left in less than 15 minutes with the frames feeling like new. I highly recommend the store.
Horrible reception treatment. Very little professionalism, disorientation, for patients and between them. I made an appointment for four, after the appointment approached to confirm, they told me that it is one adult for each minor and for single mothers that we have three. What do we do? Then you solve the adult thing and they give you another but and they want to cancel 2 appointments, then the system does not want to recognize the appointments, you call three times to get the supervisor and they deny it saying that she is not there. If anyone reading this reviews and monitors the area and cares about this, I invite you to contact me. I would really like to talk to a supervisor, even though eye professionals do a good job.
