We were serviced by Jose in Isla verde he was very nice and put a lot of time and effort into fixing my phone. With tinkering it and knowing that my family and I would be leaving the next day after arriving there he still made it work in a short amount of time. He ended up fixing the phone but was not sure what happened and gave us the phone for free even thought he put a lot of his time into it. Thank you Jose!
I smashed the screen & LCD on my iPhone 5. I arrived at Isla Verde location 30 minutes before Monday 9am open and the guy let me in. Wow! Fixed my phone is 15 minutes. Wow
$80 for LCD & Screen, and let me in early. Spoke English too.

Went to replace my iPhone 11 screen and back glass. They fixed both issues fast, but they "forgot" to program the screen serial and now I have a annoying "Important Display Message" and the flash isn't working.
Awful service. I brought in my phone because it kept turning off and getting hot. They diagnosed it and said it had to be shipped out to be fixed and Id have it back in two weeks. I waited TWO MONTHS, calling every week and they would tell me different things. They finally tell me that its here (I had to call, not them) and the phone would not even turn on now. Basically kept me on the loop and didnt solve a thing.

6 years agoFantastic service. iPhone was not starting. Arrived early, left my phone and came back in a hour. It just needed cleaning. Very good price.
