Very good service, fast, and reasonably priced. They replaced a new Samsung screen (October, photo included). Eric and Kelvin were friendly and helpful. I recommend this business and would use it again.
I contacted the seller, and he informed me that the offer was for a storefront. I mentioned that I was interested in the offer and would like to speak with him over the phone to discuss that arrangement and clarify why I wanted him to hold the phone for me until the next day, considering I live quite far from the store. He answered all my questions later that day regarding the phone and the offer, giving the impression that the offer was legitimate. After that communication the day before and the day of the trade-in (note that I called 3 or 4 times to make sure when he could come by, and he mentioned that once he got to the store, he would call me). I had a very important meeting later that day at 6:00 a.m., and I had been waiting all day for him to let me know. My car is old, and I took a chance on driving it to the area so I could at least be close when he called. Since the address wasn't that clear, I tried calling him to ask where the store was. Upon calling him, he informed me that he had just arrived at the store and that someone else had shown up to purchase the phone I reserved, and that he preferred to sell it to them rather than exchange it for mine as we had discussed. It's common sense that a sale is a sale, and the exchange wouldn't have been beneficial, so he wasn't the part that seemed inappropriate. The issue stemmed from a lack of communication between the salesperson and the customer (myself). Considering that he didn't check beforehand that someone else had made an offer, I made the trip to the area after the agreement, and he didn't provide me with any alternatives due to the inconvenience. The employee/manager did not handle the situation well. I will make it very clear that he was very upset when he brought it to my attention, but I kept the clarification as professional as possible, and he simply didn't respond appropriately while slamming it in my face. I consider this place lacking in poor organization, manners, incompetence, and false advertising. I was left frustrated and far from my meeting. I wasted my time searching for a fix, only to be quickly removed while I literally called and arrived to handle return traffic in both directions, all the while being treated arrogantly by the staff. I highly do not recommend this place, and I'll make it very clear to anyone who might be interested: this is not the place to trust.
