This place is magical. The waterfall is beautiful.. the water is so clear. The location is pretty easy to find. There is a concrete ramp almost all the way down..as well as resting areas with tables chairs and umbrellas. Can swim if you want. I heard their was another waterfall behind this one but it was a small trek up the side. It is totally free to go and only costs $10 to park.. cash ..
One of the best parts of this experience is talking to the land owner there that collects your parking money, tells you all about the waterfall, and shows you where the makeshift bathroom is. The fish were gorgeous, the water so refreshing. Be prepared with very grippy water shoes for the very slippery rocks. Awesome experience. Met some nice people from all over the place, Europe, Maryland, Mexico.
You want the mountain experience, this is the place. Up and down and the trees and the view is just amazing. Everyone is nice and the water is cold but the view is the prize.
Beautiful place. We didn't seem in the water due to time, but if we could have we would have climbed to the top and jump into the 35 foot deep water. The host was super kind.
