Nice place for pics and although we didn't go in the water it has a wide shallow bowl where you can enjoy with small children. You can park on the side of the street and walk down a short trail and your there. The water looks crystal clear and I'm assuming the water temperature should be cold just like the larger water falls such as gozalandia.
If you want to see a nice waterfall from the road then this is the place. I went there and took some really nice footage with my drone. Btw, is free you just need to park by the road and walk a 5 min little trail by the bridge.
Absolutely beautiful waterfalls. We walked right up to the falls and felt the spray on us. Had we been in swimming suits, we could have stood under the falls! I wish we could have found a trail to the bottom of the second falls. The trail to the first falls was obvious right by the bridge. Park by the building with a parrot or on the East side of the bridge.
Made a quick stop here to take some selfies of the beautiful waterfall. The waterfall offer you a unique location to take nice pictures. It offers you a nice size pond like area to enjoy a nice splash of cold water. They have a lot of small fish that you can see.
From this location we headed to Lares main Plaza for Heladeria Lares and some site seeing.
Across the street right over to your right is a small structure of a building and the have some nice painting of the local parrot 🦜 and another one of a different parrot.
