Disappointed Experience – Not as Advertised
The arcade looked much bigger and more exciting in the pictures, but in reality, there were only a handful of games available to play, and the overall space felt cramped.
We also had an issue with the change machine it gave us less than what we put in. It took 30+ minutes to get our money back. Felt like they were waiting for us to walk out.
This place has potential, but right now, it’s not worth the visit. Definitely needs better maintenance, customer service, and transparency in advertising.
It was great. Considering that it's a bit small compared to regular bowling alleys. Come and visit; cause there are other things to do and play. Guarantee you will enjoy yourselves. God Bless.
We didn’t like this because the employees had a bad attitude. I asked them if someone does there 8 laps and the other person has 3 can the other person finish there and they said yes. I had finished 7 and my friend had 4 laps and they made us finish there’s race. When we were promised 8 for each person and there was no line.I asked them to clean my helmet and she kept giving me attitude.
She was so lazy and she got me a new one. She wouldn’t put the speed up for my friend and she kept putting her speed at 1. She had mine at full speed. By the way we both race and this was our first and last time at this place. Because this attitude is unacceptable especially when this is your first time at a brand new place to you. They need to get better employees with good attitudes and people who know how to actually work a button. I believe that if someone is good at go carts they should get to go fast.
The place is cool. The decoration is phenomenal. You have to pay at the front desk first in order to be included in a waiting list that takes 1-1/2 hr for your turn. You can wait in the restaurant facilities and wait to be call through the speaker. In my case I decide to walk to the hotel facilities to give time and made them call me at my telephone number.
The only negative experience is that we had the bad luck that our lane on every turn was blocked for more than a minute to place the pins on. This was lane #1. While other lanes the pins were ready in seconds for the next turn. We complained to the front desk but they did not want to help or assign us another lane. We count that we lost 18 minutes of play in an hour. My recommendation is not to use lane #1 and or ask if lane is working properly.
