Enjoying the good life in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Sebastian "A/K/A" Brownie . He handled very well the 5 hours flight from Puerto Rico to Illinois. I would like to thank Animal Control Center and American Airlines staff for the excellent service and care.

Not even the animal refuge takes in stray animals, what will become from these dogs and cats running the streets. I didn't ask to have the animal picked up, I'll take them in, and they still refused. This has been going on since January and in all counties, including San Juan. Where's the control? When is the turnaround? Simple and apparent recipe to propagate bacteria and germs with this heat wave. As usual, it affects our most vulnerable children and seniors.

Horrible!! I went in December and made an appointment to vaccinate our kitten. I was given a date (Jan 12) and hour (1PM-2:30PM). I arrived at 1PM, and I am STILL here waiting!!!!! 3:30PM!! This is ridiculous!! Its no wonder many animals remain without their proper vaccines!!

Good service, friendly staff and clean installations. The only downside is that wait times for vaccination are too long; this takes away from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The center of Carolina is very clean and helpful. I took my 2nd grade daughter there for a tour, where she learned about the adoption process for cats and dogs. We also learned about the many services offered to those who already have pets.
