As always I'm on the prowl to find as many of Hector's Banderas project called 78 Pueblos y 1 Bandera. I like the design he used on this one. He used the out line of the Island of Puerto Rico and not the 1 star. This one is awesome as well because of the size of the building. I hope to be able to find and see them all someday.
Love this one, because is in my home town! I was there the day was painted and it was really impressive how he managed the planing and all the people that wants to take pictures. It was an activity with music, artesans and more.
