Stopped by for happy hour before heading elsewhere for dinner. If you’re into margaritas or sangria, happy hour here is a win. If you’re into beer...well, prepare to get cozy with Miller. I ended up with a Heineken, which felt like a diplomatic compromise.
We sat outside and enjoyed some quality people-watching — easily the highlight. The service? Let’s just say it was operating in a different time zone. But since we were only here for drinks, it worked out fine.
Nice little spot to go to I had the mango with Don Q, steak stuffed in monfongo, I was stuffed. Yummy. I definitely recommend it when going to Old San Juan.
After walking for about 2 country miles, I wanted to get a margarita. I really should have known better since this spot is right off the cruise port, but I gave them a try anyway. The waitress told me that I could sit inside it outside and I chose outside.
I thought she was going to serve me, but she sat down and got on her phone. So, there's another waiter serving another table, and I still get no acknowledgment. I should have left then and there, but I'm being patient.
I beckon for him to come over and finally order a watermelon margarita. I later try to get his attention because I need napkins, and his face is glued to his cellphone. I finally get my napkins and order a different drink. 5 minutes later, there is no drink. I ask the waitress who's still on her phone, "Where's my drink?" and she finally calls "Javier" based on my receipt, and he goes to get my drink. He was inattentive, stayed on his phone, and the drinks weren't good. Never again!
My husband and I wanted to see a college football bowl game. We came in and the staff was very accommodating and put the game on right away. We enjoyed the alfredo and the shrimp Ceasars salad while having some local beer. I highly recommend this place.

4 weeks agoThe food was too salty, we couldn't eat it. But the staff were very friendly, and the drinks and shisha were great, so I'd still recommend the venue.
