Cute home made ice cream shop! Unlike other flashy pretentious ice cream/gelato place that’s popular among tourists, the quality matched the price. The ice cream here doesn’t just taste like sugar/sweetener like many other places do, and they have interesting flavors. Because it’s not overly sweet, we were able to enjoy the ice cream until the end even after it started melting a little. We got guava cookie crunch and ricotta honey! I didn’t really taste the guava and the ice cream was a bit icy (bigger ice crystals) but they were refreshing and great. We make homemade ice cream using the commercial ice cream machine at home, so I noticed it wasn’t as smooth or creamy. I’m still happy we found this spot! Came back a few times and the quality is consistent.
The ice cream was perfection on a hot day. The service was great too.
The store is very small and if there are too many people in there all getting their 3 free samples, it takes a long time.
*We went back again and the service was great, ice cream was so fresh.
Extremely disappointed in this ice cream place! The flavors that everyone raves about are actually just glorified vanilla. We got 3 scoops of practically plain vanilla with a few mix-ins. Vanilla was good but save your money and buy a pint of vanilla at the grocery store and incorporate your own foraged fruits. Serving size wasn’t even good. Super cute decor tho! :)
The store is hard to find when you’re driving because it is tucked between two buildings… Once we parked and walked we were able to go right to it.
As an Ice Cream Expert traveling the country to find the best ice cream I can say that this place is hitting some good marks! Making their own ice cream in the back room is huge!!!
Nice balance in the flavors! You have to hit this place earlier in the day because they will run out as the day goes on (that is unfortunate for people that come out later, maybe they will start managing that better). I really wanted to try the Pistachio but they were out.
I did like the Be Mine (Red Velvet) and the Nutty by Nature!
The Tamarindo was really good! It was like you were eating the real thing, Great Job!
I am a big fan of the waffle cone and from all the reviews I seen online and the pictures it showed you had waffle cones. I was told that all you served was the waffle bowl, so I settled for that but, disappointed
Hopefully you guys start serving those again.
Keep making smiles with America’s favorite!

a month agoThe ice cream was really good! It’s $5-10 for a scoop, I think it was worth it (: they had classic flavors like vanilla and cookies and cream.
